Selling a Home

Selling your home is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life.  As a full time experienced Realtor in the Northwest Suburbs, I will handle the complexities of this important transaction.  Here is a quick look at what you can expect during the selling process:

  • I will visit your home and prepare a detailed market analysis by using similar properties recently sold as well as pricing on potentially competing properties currently available.

  • You will be given a custom marketing plan designed specifically for your home.

  • Once the listing agreement is in place, you will have the full range of marketing pieces that Coldwell Banker and I provide, including internet exposure, staging ideas, brochures, Virtual Tours and much more. 

  • We will review offers together, negotiating all aspects until a firm contact is in place.

  • From offer to closing, you can be assured of my attention to details that move the transaction forward.  I will stay in constant communication with the buyers lender, inspector, and appraiser; the attorneys and any other parties involved.

  • I KNOW REAL ESTATE!  I am trained and experienced in qualifying buyers, completing contracts and riders, presenting offers, negotiating, and following through on all the details to closing.

  • COMMUNICATION IS MY STRENGTH.  While we're selling your home, while your offer is being negotiated, and right up to and including closing, I'll keep track of all the details and let you know what's going on.

  • I WILL WORK FOR YOUR BEST INTERESTS at every stage of the home selling process, from the development and implementation of a marketing plan, through the negotiation of offers, to closing.
